Slow flow yoga is a mixture of vinyasa and hatha yoga that involves holding poses for longer, making it a more meditative style of practice. It harnesses the breath and focus in a relaxed and calming manner, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This easeful approach creates space between poses and allows for deeper connection to self. Meditation, readings and relaxation will be incorporated into every class with an invitation for students to take what they need and make the practice their own.
